Maple Glazed Artic Char
Also great with Salmon.
- 2 8-oz. arctic char fillets
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Combine butter, brown sugar, maple syrup and honey.
- Coat the char and marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Broil char with 7-10 minutes until done.
- Serve with any remaining marinade that has been simmered.
