Maple Glazed Artic Char

Ingredients

  • 2 8-oz. arctic char fillets
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Combine butter, brown sugar, maple syrup and honey.
  2. Coat the char and marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Broil char with 7-10 minutes until done.
  4. Serve with any remaining marinade that has been simmered.
