Recipes
We’ve got a host of great recipes here on the site, but sometimes something simple is in order to really let the flavor of the fish come through. We know this because our customers are always asking us about basic fish cooking techniques. So, we’ve put together a primer for you on various ways to cook fish. If this doesn’t answer your questions there is an abundance of information on the internet about how to cook fish. Just search on the type of fish you have and the cooking technique you want to employ. Another great source of information is the standby cookbook “The Joy of Cooking”, which provides lots of cooking techniques and education on all types of fish.
